Director of Business Applications & Systems

We are looking for a Director of Business Applications & Systems to own and evolve a complex, mission-critical SaaS ecosystem. This role sits at the center of the company’s operational backbone, ensuring all business systems are stable, well-integrated, and scalable as the organization grows. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, shaping how core systems operate, connect, and support company-wide workflows, including future AI-driven capabilities. The role combines strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and leadership of both internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• :Own and manage the company’s core SaaS stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Jira, and additional GTM, Finance, and Operations tool
• sEnsure system reliability, data integrity, access governance, and documentation across all platform
• sOwn end-to-end integrations using iPaaS tools (primarily Workato), including monitoring, optimization, and troubleshootin
• gDesign and improve workflows while reducing unnecessary complexity and automation overhea
• dManage and coordinate external vendors and freelancers, including scope definition, delivery oversight, and Q
• ADefine and maintain the internal support model, escalation paths, and operational runbook
• sPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solution
• sEnable AI initiatives by ensuring clean, structured, and accessible data flows across system
• sEvaluate and implement new tools and technologies with proper governance and integration strateg
