Software Engineering Team Lead

I’m recruiting for a technology company looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead to lead a strong development team working on complex OS-level engineering challenges.

This is a role for someone who combines deep technical understanding with strong people leadership. The right person should enjoy staying close to the code, taking part in technical decisions, mentoring developers, and helping the team move fast while maintaining high engineering standards.

The core of the role is OS internals, low-level development, and reverse engineering. Android / Mobile experience is a strong advantage, but the main requirement is a strong background in operating systems and complex technical problem-solving.

What you’ll do

• ?Lead and mentor a team of developers, both professionally and personally
• .Stay hands-on in the team’s day-to-day work, including code reviews, technical discussions, and solving complex problems
• .Guide the team through OS-level and low-level engineering challenges
• .Challenge technical decisions, bring new ideas, and support high-quality execution
• .Set priorities, define timelines, and help projects move forward smoothly
• .Manage version releases and fast customer-facing solutions when needed
• .Take part in hiring processes and support the team’s growth
• .Act as a bridge between the development team and management

• s.Experience with at least one programming language: Python, Go, C#, or Jav
