RF/Radio Communication Systems Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled RF/Radio Communication Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end definition and architecture of radio communication systems, from initial concept through to integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end definition, specification, and architecture of radio communication systems.
• Perform link budget calculations, simulations, and design verification and integration.
• Conduct hands-on work with RF laboratory measurement equipment.
• Lead integration processes and field trials, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams with a broad systems perspective.
• Willingness to travel abroad as required.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Physics – Mandatory.
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Physics – An advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in RF/Radio Communication Systems Engineering – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in defining communication systems and writing technical requirement specifications (SRD/SOW).
• Experience performing link budget calculations, sensitivity analysis, and system margins.
• Strong familiarity with wireless communication architectures, modulation techniques, and network access protocols.
• Broad systemic vision, with the ability to work independently and manage complex tasks.
• Excellent teamwork skills within multidisciplinary environments (interfacing with Hardware, Software, and Firmware teams).
• Readiness for field work and field trials; high learning capacity.
• Strong task management skills with a proven track record of meeting milestones and strict schedules.
• Dynamic personality with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
