About the Role

We are looking for a finance professional early in their career to join our Strategic Planning team and take ownership of the company's Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) management process.

This role is ideal for ambitious candidates who are eager to accelerate their professional growth and gain exposure to strategic investments, senior management, and global stakeholders within a leading international organization.

The position combines financial analysis, investment evaluation, process improvement, technology, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end CAPEX approval process across the organization.
• Evaluate investment proposals and prepare financial feasibility analyses and business cases.
• Build and manage annual CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and long-term investment plans.
• Monitor investment execution versus approved budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with operational teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with global corporate teams regarding investment planning and approvals.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data quality.
• Leverage BI and AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and management reporting tools to support business decisions.

Requirements

• CPA (Big 4 graduate) or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) – an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for leveraging technology to improve business processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
