Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager (Mass/Volume Hiring)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead and develop the recruitment team. This is a dedicated, client-funded role created to support the continued growth and expansion of the program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment delivery, managing team performance, and serving as the primary point of coordination between the recruitment team and key stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in Talent Acquisition, people management, and high-volume recruitment, along with the ability to ensure operational excellence and deliver against business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide guidance, support development, and drive performance.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Allocate resources effectively to support changing business priorities and hiring demands.
- Act as the escalation point for complex recruitment and operational issues.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple requisitions and hiring campa
- igns.Ensure timely execution of sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding activi
- ties.Drive efficient pipeline management and maintain high standards of candidate experi
- ence.Support high-volume and mass recruitment initiatives while maintaining quality and speed of delivery.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and team performance
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between recruitment delivery and business objectives.
- Provide insights into talent availability, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities.
- Serve as the key point of coordination for all recruitment activities supporting the program
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with prior people management responsib
- ilities.Strong background in high-volume or mass recruitment envir
- onments.Demonstrated experience leading recruitment teams and driving operational perf
- ormance.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building
- skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced envi
