Payroll Specialist (Part-Time Position)

A leading global high-tech company is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its Finance team.

Responsibilities:

*Process monthly payroll for approximately 200 employees in Israel.

*Provide payroll support for global subsidiaries.

*Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and terminations.

*Handle pension funds, managers' insurance, study funds, and other statutory social benefits.

*Manage and validate attendance data for payroll processing.

*Provide professional payroll support to employees and managers.

*Coordinate employee stock options and equity plans with the company's trustee.

*Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

*Certified Payroll Accountant qualification issued by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

*At least 5 years of payroll experience in a high-tech company, managing the full payroll cycle from onboarding through termination.

*Hands-on experience with the HarGal/Hilan payroll system (mandatory).

*Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law, payroll taxation, and social benefits.

*Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

*Experience handling employee stock options/equity plans and working with an external trustee.

*Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.

*Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
