The Role: Commercial Sales Manager
If you're a hands-on sales leader with a passion for building teams, closing strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable business results, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead the commercial growth of HAAT across restaurant and retail verticals.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team.
• Identify and secure high-value partners and strategic business opportunities.
• Own territory planning, market segmentation, and resource allocation to maximize commercial performance.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing and partner activation.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
• Partner closely with Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
• Translate business goals into actionable sales strategies and operational execution.
What You Bring to the Table:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Commercial Business Development.
• Proven experience leading sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop top-performing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong ownership mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, BI tools, CRM platforms, and sales dashboards.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and thrive under pressure.
• Bonus: Experience in food delivery, restaurants, retail, hospitality, or marketplace businesses.
