Finance System Owner

A global organization is looking for a Finance Systems Owner to join its Finance team in a role that combines financial systems ownership, project management, and cross-functional business support.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own and support the organization's financial reporting and consolidation systems.
• Provide ongoing support to business users and resolve day-to-day system and process issues.
• Coordinate tasks and collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Gather business requirements and support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in a finance consolidation system replacement project, including business analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, data validation, and quality control.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Reporting teams.

Requirements:

• Background in Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Information Systems - Mandatory.
• Experience working with financial consolidation or financial reporting systems - Advantage.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• High level of English.
