Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing IsraTransfer’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. The CFO will monitor cash flow, optimize capital structure, and support business growth decisions through data-driven financial insights. In addition, the role involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, and leading the finance team to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and financial planning skills, including experience developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, with a track record of producing accurate, compliant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, assess risk, and support decision-making with clear financial insights.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and cash flow optimization within financial services or related industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams, building effective processes, and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for financial institutions operating in Israel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Experience working in or with currency exchange, fintech, or cross-border payments companies is highly beneficial.
