Project Management Officer (PMO) – ERP Transformation Program

Location: Ma'agan Michael, Israel (On-site)

About the Role:

Join one of Israel's largest and most strategic ERP transformation programs.

Aquadome Consulting is seeking a motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) to join a three-year ERP implementation program for a leading international manufacturing company.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a major global transformation initiative, working alongside senior executives, international stakeholders, and experienced project managers.

No previous PMO experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Support the overall ERP program governance and execution
• Track project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting minutes
• Coordinate activities between business teams, consultants, and vendors
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items
• Prepare project reports and management presentations
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and standardized
• Support communication across multiple workstreams

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Advantage:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience in project coordination or PMO
• Experience working in manufacturing organizations
