What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing Platform Group in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will lead our Agent Data and Analytics team, taking ownership of the critical infrastructure and high-performance dashboards that showcase our platform's real-time metrics and operational performance. You will balance technical leadership, data architecture vision, and team management to help us turn massive streams of live data into clear, actionable, and highly reliable visual insights.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical anchor for the development team, remaining closely involved in day-to-day engineering activities, including architecture design, rigorous code reviews, and hands-on development when necessary.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of full-stack and backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Designers to shape, prioritize, and drive the roadmap for our core data and analytics features.
• Design, build, and operate robust, scalable data architectures capable of processing high-volume streams and delivering a low-latency, high-quality user experience.
• Own the lifecycle of our client-facing platform, supporting and enhancing existing data pipelines while building cutting-edge real-time dashboards that showcase operational metrics.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and high-volume data environment, with a proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize critical platform initiatives.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in managerial positions.
• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack experience in Node.js, with an advanced understanding of React and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem for frontend development. Experience with Python backend environment - Advantage.
• Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB) and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic) and an understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code in high-volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English.
• Experience building SaaS products or virtual assistants - Advantage.
• Graphical design and UX experience/inclinations. Passion for building a design system and responsive design - Advantage.
