BI Systems Analyst (41445)

What you'll do:

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements end-to-end

Write business and technical specification documents (including S2T)

Design and analyze DWH solutions, data models, and ETL processes

Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners

Define dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks

Support QA and ensure successful delivery of BI solutions

Participate in innovative Data, BI, and, in some roles, AI & ML initiatives

Requirements:

🔹 3–5 years of experience as a BI Systems Analyst / DWH Systems Analyst in a large organization

🔹 Proven experience in business and technical analysis, DWH, ETL processes, and data modeling

🔹 Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization

🔹 Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders

🔹 Strong analytical thinking, system-wide perspective, and the ability to drive projects end-to-end

🔹 Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Business Objects, Tableau, or Pyramid – an advantage

🔹 Experience in AI / ML, Financial Services, or Salesforce – an advantage
