Software Team Lead

We are looking for

At our Haifa site, we are looking for a Software Team Lead in the ATE (test equipment) software domain. You will lead and grow a talented team building PC applications on Windows OS that interface with hardware components forming our test systems infrastructure. In this role you will

Lead a software development team across multiple projects

Own the team’s software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, architecture and concept definition, issue management and debugging

Ensure solution and deliverable quality while driving innovation and improving work processes

Mentor and develop team members professionally

Collaborate and manage interfaces with multiple development groups across the organization

Requirements

B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

5+ years of experience developing in C# over .NET Framework

Hands‑on experience building Windows OS applications with multi‑threading and asynchronous programming

Familiarity with web development (ASP.NET Core and Angular) - Advantage

Good familiarity with software development methodologies and SOLID principles - Advantage

Previous managerial experience (team lead or matrix leadership) - Advantage

Familiarity with software control of hardware components - Advantage

Strong leadership and team orientation with high motivation and drive to advance processes and projects
