Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing on-going support to existing clients as well as fostering strong relationships with customers, Onboarding new clients, training and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include training and onboarding clients, providing responsive support, troubleshooting issues and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The role also requires collaborating closely with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and success.

• Advantage would be prior knowledge in ERP systems, bookkeeping or accounting
