About Us
We are a boutique tech recruitment firm focused on plugging top-tier talent into high-growth companies. We are currently looking for a sharp, experienced agency leader to step in as Operations Manager, take the keys to the business, own the P&L, and drive our day-to-day operations forward.
The Role
We are not looking for a back-office administrator. We need a commercial operator who understands how a recruitment agency actually makes money. You will keep the entire engine running smoothly by looking at headcount utilization, keeping the business development pipeline full, keeping fulfillment rates high, and keeping an eye on client cash flow and collections. You will have total autonomy to run the team, manage the tech stack, and protect our margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Desk Management: Run daily stand-ups, unblock stuck pipelines, and keep a team of 360 and 180 recruiters motivated through shifting markets. You will set realistic activity KPIs and revenue targets while actively coaching the team.
- Commercial BD & Account Direction: Serve as the main escalation point for major accounts. You will hunt for new business, manage client onboarding, negotiate fee structures like retainers and contingent margins, and protect client retention.
- Operations, Billing & Compliance: Keep a close eye on the end-to-end billing cycle, track overall Net Fee Income, chase down outstanding invoices, and make sure the team keeps the ATS clean and follows internal workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Dig into team conversion rates, specifically CV-to-interview and interview-to-placement, to spot coaching opportunities. Your main goal is aligning team output with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Background: At least 4 years of hands-on agency recruitment experience. You must have a proven track record as a high-billing 360 recruiter, Principal Consultant, or Team Lead. Purely internal talent acquisition backgrounds will not work for the commercial demands of this role.
- Languages: Native or full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew is completely non-negotiable. You need to be just as comfortable pitching a global VP in English as you are closing a local founder in Hebrew.
- Market Knowledge: A solid grasp of the tech ecosystem, agency metrics, and the mechanics of structuring modern contingency and retained search deals.
- Mindset: Autonomous, highly resilient, and fully comfortable running a business day-to-day without constant oversight.
