Responsibilities

Preparing detailed work plans for production departments
Prioritizing activities and controlling assembly departments
Continuously interfacing and synchronizing production lines with customer requirements
Analyzing and preventing production barriers
Preparing detailed performance reports for analyzing and improving processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant field

Required Skills

Proven experience of approximately 5 years in industrial production planning and supervision
Experience in managing and leading complex, cross-organizational projects
Proven experience in leading innovation processes in the field of operations
Full control of production planning and management systems (ERP/MRP)
Experience in managing a team
