Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Paint Pottery Waitress position located on Yermiyahu 46, Tel Aviv, Israel. The role includes welcoming guests, explaining the pottery painting process, and guiding them in choosing ceramic pieces, paint colors, and tools. Daily responsibilities involve guiding our customers and providing different techniques (we teach you) clearing tables, and ensuring that the studio remains clean, organized, and inviting. The team member will assist with setting up and cleaning workstations, handling basic cashier duties, and supporting studio events such as birthdays or group workshops. The role also includes providing friendly and attentive customer service, monitoring drying and storage areas for painted items, and helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to interact politely and professionally with guests of all ages.
• Experience in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving, and clearing tables in a busy environment.
• Comfort working in a creative setting, with a willingness to learn basic pottery painting techniques to guide guests.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hebrew language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move between tables and work areas, and handle light lifting as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or activity-based venue (such as studios or activity centers) is a plus.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a genuine interest in providing a fun and welcoming studio experience.
