This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

We are looking for a passionate, super-talented of Product Designer to join our team. You'll lead with full ownership the product design process and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and engineers to turn complex problems into innovative and intuitive designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Translate concepts into flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
An understanding of how to work with and influence a design system.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications
At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in-house at a B2B/B2C product company.

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience in designing complex and data-intensive products and platforms
Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
Experience with prototyping tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
