Project Management Officer

The Project Management Officer (PMO) will play a critical role in governance, strategic execution, and operational excellence across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by maintaining high standards, optimizing project management processes, and providing robust analytical support. The PMO will act as a central bridge between delivery teams and leadership, driving efficiency and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilitie

• sTrack & Monitor: Partner with project managers to track project lifespans, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, milestones, and budget constraints
• .Risk Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies
• .Resource Allocation: Support the optimization of resource allocation across multiple parallel projects
• .Dashboards & Insights: Design, maintain, and distribute regular high-impact reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and delivery metrics
• .Financial Ownership: Own the end-to-end processes for project financial forecasting and month-end closing, ensuring absolute accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports
• .Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement PMO best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and methodologies
