Azure FinOps

About the Role

In this role, you will lead cloud cost optimization initiatives for the company's customers, helping them maximize the value of their cloud investments while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding cloud budgets and cost optimization strategies.
• Analyze and monitor Azure environments using FinOps tools.
• Identify optimization opportunities, including unused resources, underutilized servers, and inefficient storage allocations.
• Prepare and present cost-saving recommendations to customers.
• Track the implementation of recommendations and develop long-term plans to optimize customers' cloud usage.
• Create and manage dashboards using FinOps tools.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in FinOps or cloud cost management tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud products and core Microsoft Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, Virtual Machines, Storage, and App Services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and reports.
• Experience working with business customers.
• Ability to identify customers' business and technological needs.
• Self-learning and independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
