Microcon, a growing defense company, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager for Electro‑Optical Systems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partnering in building a marketing strategy and executing it
- Leading campaigns with potential customers and closing new orders in Israel and abroad
- Frequent international travel
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in international marketing and sales in the defense sector - mandatory
- Technical background and experience in electro‑optics / unmanned aerial systems (UAS) - strong advantage
- Experience in conducting negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration - mandatory
- Ability to work in an integrative and matrix environment
- Team player with a systemic perspective
- High‑level English - mandatory
- Additional relevant languages - advantage
- Experience with AI tools - advantage
