Exhibition Production Manager

About the Role

• Full responsibility for delivering exhibition booths at international trade shows end-to-end.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal teams: Studio, Account Managers, Sales, and Management.
• Managing supplier negotiations, budgets, and cost optimization.
• Building and managing project timelines (Gantt), including planning and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Managing and leading contractors and suppliers throughout all project stages: pre-production, production, and on-site execution.
• Overseeing technical drawings, quality control, and compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Working closely with design and technical team
• Frequent international travel as an integral part of the role.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the exhibitions industry (must)
• Proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end (must)
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and budgets (must)
• Strong understanding of materials, production methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with technical drawings - strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Good level of English.
