abra is hiring for its Salesforce activity – Salesforce Business Analyst

We're looking for a customer-focused Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation and go-live. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements from stakeholders

• Analyze business processes and design scalable Salesforce solutions

• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria

• Manage the product backlog, priorities, timelines, and scope throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, data models, and integrations

• Lead UAT processes and support change management and user adoption initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and backlog management

• Knowledge of ERD/data modeling and Salesforce security architecture

• Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, data migration, and data cleansing

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence

• Relevant academic degree

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
