Assistant Food Beverage Manager

Hilton Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team.

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the Food & Beverage Department.

• Oversee the operation of multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, and dining venues.

• Lead, motivate, and develop managers and team members while maintaining Hilton’s high service standards.

• Manage recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and support onboarding of new team members.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and compliance with Hilton brand standards.

• Collaborate closely with various hotel departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Support the achievement of operational and service excellence goals.

• Previous managerial experience in the hotel industry – Mandatory.

• Experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations – Significant advantage.

• Proven experience managing managers and leading large teams.

• High level of English – Mandatory.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays – Mandatory.
