Communications & User Experience

ThirdEye Systems is a leading company in the development of electro-optical products and advanced solutions and is looking for a Marketing Communications & User Experience professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Creation, design, and production of marketing materials for digital and print, including executive presentations, brochures, website content, banners, trade show and conference materials.
• Support of marketing, business development, and sales activities through the creation of tailored content and materials for customers, partners, and business opportunities.
• UX/UI for company systems, from concept and requirements definition through delivery, in collaboration with engineering and product teams, translating operational and technological needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Leading the company’s marketing language and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels with customers, partners, and defense organizations in Israel and worldwide.
• Managing brand identity and maintaining a consistent visual language across all company channels .
• Close collaboration with engineering, R&D, and product teams to translate technological and operational capabilities into marketing language and effective user experience.
• Ongoing work with management, sales, and product teams to align business, marketing, and product objectives.
• Management of marketing information, leads, and support for business development processes with strategic customers and partners.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, UX/UI, or user experience roles.
• Proven experience in creating digital and print marketing materials.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Experience designing for web platforms and complex systems.
• Full proficiency in Figma, Adobe, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of user experience, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• High-level English (reading, writing, and editing).
