Role Description The Customer Enablement Team Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with the flexibility to work part of the time from home. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for creating, delivering, and continuously improving customer enablement programs, including training content, knowledge resources, and onboarding materials. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, support, marketing, and sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into accessible, high-impact enablement assets. Your day-to-day work will include planning and prioritizing team workloads, defining enablement roadmaps, reviewing and refining content, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure that customers can adopt and use products successfully. You will also coach team members, implement best practices, and help establish scalable processes that enhance customer satisfaction, product usage, and overall learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer enablement, customer education, training, or a related field, preferably in a hi-tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring a team, setting priorities, and driving projects to completion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (product, support, marketing, and sales) and represent customer needs clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging way.
- Demonstrated experience designing or managing training programs, learning materials, or knowledge bases for external customers or users.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and dependencies.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with the flexibility to balance on-site collaboration and remote work.
