Experimental Lab Engineer & Manager

An innovative R&D company is looking for an experienced Experimental Lab Manager to lead its engineering lab and support the development of complex multidisciplinary systems.

• Lead laboratory operations, priorities, and resource planning.

• Design and execute complex experiments and test setups.

• Integrate and troubleshoot hardware, electronics, power, and cooling systems.

• Define test procedures, analyze results, and generate technical reports.

• Collaborate closely with System Engineers and R&D teams in a hands-on environment.

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing an engineering laboratory and leading system integration activities.

• Strong hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical systems and advanced test equipment.

• Experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Fluent English.

• EMC/EMI experience.

• Experience with Electro-Optical systems.
