Job Description:

• Providing advanced Tier 3 technical support for WEB systems and enterprise applications.

• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving complex issues in production environments.

• Ongoing maintenance of existing systems, performing root cause investigations, and identifying failures.

• Working with databases (SQL), data analysis, and executing tests.

• Supporting development processes, implementations, upgrades, and production releases.

• Providing professional support to users and business stakeholders across the organization.

• On-call availability for remote support as required.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education.

• At least 2 years of experience in the field.

• Experience in coding with C#.

• Experience and understanding of Microsoft operating systems and communication infrastructures.

• Experience working with SQL and databases.

• Experience in system maintenance, application support, or handling complex incidents – Significant advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-service orientation.
