As we forge ahead to shape the next era of growth media, our chemical development unit is expanding. We are seeking for a motivated research assistant in a student position to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of next-generation formulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing a new growing medium formulation, under agronomic definitions, for growing plants. 
• Perform chemical experiments in the R&D lab.
• Conduct chemical and physical characterization of the growing medium, including compression tests, rheology, HPLC, and more.
• Analyze and document experimental data, creating reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Studying B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Material engineering/ Polymer engineering with at least three semesters until graduation
• Availability of three days- a must
• Experience in basic lab work- a must
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• An energetic and diligent worker 
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience in polymer chemistry, hydrogels, biodegradable polymers and control release - an advantage
