Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist role based in Acre. The Procurement Specialist will manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including issuing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, collecting and comparing quotations, and maintaining accurate supplier and procurement records in relevant systems. The Procurement Specialist will support contract negotiation, monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery targets, and address supply issues or delays as they arise. The position also involves analyzing purchasing data, optimizing inventory levels, supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes, and collaborating closely with operations, engineering, finance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role – Required.

• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and securing favorable terms.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong business acumen, market trend analysis, cost management, and material availability assessment.

• Excellent proficiency in English.

• Full mastery of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with Priority ERP system – Significant advantage.
