A leading defense company is seeking a QA Engineer!

📍 Haifa

The role includes full ownership of testing processes, with an emphasis on creative thinking and the ability to look beyond predefined test cases, while deeply understanding the system and ensuring its overall quality.

We are looking for a proactive candidate with a can‑do attitude, strong ownership, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve and optimize testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end (E2E) manual testing on WEB systems
• Design and execute functional and non-functional test scenarios
• Identify defects beyond formal test documentation (Exploratory Testing)
• Work with bug tracking systems (JIRA)
• Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams
• Use AI tools to generate test scenarios and improve processes
• Motivation to grow into automation in the future

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience with manual testing on WEB systems
