Description

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer (Part-Time – 50% Position) to lead the full hardware development lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture design to board development, validation, and production support. This is a hands-on role involving close collaboration with Firmware and Software teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors.

At least 5 years of hands-on hardware development experience.
Proven experience in electronic board design (PCB/Board Design).
Experience developing microcontroller-based systems.
Strong background in digital hardware design.
Experience with component selection and understanding of cost, performance, and supply chain considerations.
Experience with hardware and PCB design tools (Altium Designer is a significant advantage).
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related tools.
Experience working with subcontractors and manufacturing partners.
