Project Manager – Learning, Training & AI

We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in instructional design, learning, or education, a strong connection to innovation and teaching in the age of AI, and proven experience leading complex processes end-to-end.

The role combines project management, workflow leadership, cross-functional collaboration, creative thinking, and the development of innovative learning solutions in the worlds of EdTech and Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, responsibility, strong organizational skills, independence, the ability to motivate and drive processes, systems thinking, and a desire to take part in meaningful work that connects education, technology, and AI.

Position scope: Full-time. The role can be either remote or office-based, depending on the candidate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and leading processes
• Background in instructional design, learning, or education
• Proficiency in AI and its applications in learning and training
• Academic degree
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Creativity, initiative, and strong execution skills

Advantage:

• Understanding of English language instruction
