Origire is a fast growing Proptech platform managing the entire value chain of residential real estate acquisition. It knows how to originate excellent opportunities and than automates the due diligence, closing, renovation, lease, manage and sale cycles with contacts, reports, documents and significant AI capabilities.

The current founder is bringing significant business into the platform. Your role is to verify that the system backs the clients with best results. You can lead, be creative but most importantly, get things done.

Responsibilities

Origire is AI Native with huge database and a wide network of contacts already working on the system- agents, engineers, construction companies, lawyers and investors. It has embedded AVM that finds undervalued properties. It is soon to sign major business contracts with large real estate investors and service providers. You need to enhance the system so everything is perfect. You will also find the best talents to help you and will work with us to secure funding to back the gorwth.

Qualifications

You already excelled in things you did. Whether a superstar technology unit alumni , a seasoned entrepreneur or a senior executive in a big tech company that wants to do things on your own. Your main benefit is that you can work with a similar real-estate and financial co founder. Together you should be able to do great things. You can lead or be number 2- you choose.
