Job Description

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join its technology team and drive enterprise DevOps, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.

This role focuses on designing and maintaining CI/CD platforms, building automation infrastructure in private cloud environments, improving Developer Experience, and leveraging AI-powered solutions to streamline DevOps operations and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise DevOps and automation platforms.

• Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across the organization.

• Develop automation infrastructure within private cloud environments.

• Improve Developer Experience and accelerate Time-to-Market.

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes-based environments.

• Implement GitOps methodologies and infrastructure automation.

• Integrate AI Agents into DevOps processes for intelligent automation and self-healing capabilities.

• Work closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams.

• Implement security and quality controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Drive innovation and best practices in DevOps and Platform Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience with enterprise DevOps environments and CI/CD processes.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.

• Experience with Jenkins, including Pipelines, Shared Libraries, and Groovy.

• Experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps tools.

• Programming experience with Python, Bash, Groovy, Java, or Kotlin.

• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, or MSSQL.

• Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.

• Experience with security scanning tools such as Checkmarx and Xray, and quality tools such as Sonar.

• Familiarity with OpenShift and private cloud environments.

• Experience with AI Agents, LLMs, and AI-driven automation solutions.

• Knowledge of MCP, Prompt Engineering, AI Skills, or AI tooling development.
