Duties and responsibilities

• Leading a team of testing engineers to professionalism
• Review of the initial contract, product description and information provided in the project information form and comparison with the actual product
• Test plan release based on the contract review
• Perform daily scheduled tests according to the test plan, following standard requirements and procedures defined in the basic standard or TDK internal procedures
• Responsibility for test and measurement equipment during the test including the valid calibration and for the Equipment Under Test (EUT) and associated set up
• Compliance verdict based on the measurement results and comparison with the relevant limits
• Ability to explain and simulate the tested phenomenon in attempt to resolve the problems encountered during the tests
• Personal responsibility for accurate and truly reporting of the project properties, test results, set ups and actual test photographs in TCA software
• Accurate reporting of the project events in LM software
• Monitoring of the actual time performance versus the planned one in LM software
• Monitoring and recommendations for improvement of the documentation system and test set ups to assure time effective service
• Continuous improvement of the personal knowledge and sharing of experience in group meetings, group and personal trainings
• The overall activities shall be in accordance with the Quality manual, Job description and a good engineering practice
• To take any obligations for product compliance after modifications or changes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• at least 5-year experience in the department activities (EMC, EMC-MIL, Radio and Alarms).
• At least 2-3 year in leading a team
