Supply Chain Specialist – On-site at Client Site

End-to-end management of the company's international shipping operations (Import & Export), working closely with couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and freight forwarders. This is an on-site position at the client's location, covering documentation, customs clearance, tracking, invoicing, and eventually expanding into procurement and global warehouse coordination.

• Courier Import/Export: Full ownership from order/request to final delivery, including full documentation, customs clearance, classifications, and reporting.
• Freight Operations: Requesting and analyzing quotes from forwarders, coordinating freight/courier shipments, and monitoring delivery status.
• Interfaces & Invoicing: Collaboration with local and global warehouses, purchasing teams, suppliers, and clients, including invoice verification.

• Experience: Proven experience in Import/Export (Courier & Freight) within a large organization. Not an entry-level position.
• Professional Expertise: Deep knowledge of customs clearance procedures, regulations, classifications, and the Sha'ar Olami system.
• Languages: High-level English (both verbal and written) – the primary language for internal and external communication.
• Tech Skills: Highly proficient in Excel. Experience with Priority ERP is a strong advantage.
