Position Overview-

• Senior Space Systems Engineer / Technical Project Lead taking end-to-end (E2E) responsibility for the architecture, development, and validation of advanced satellite and space systems.
• Leading comprehensive system integration and verification (V&V) activities, designing robust test methodologies to guarantee mission success in harsh orbital environments.
• Driving project lifecycle planning, including timeline orchestration, cost estimation, and engineering resource forecasting for highly complex technical programs.
• Serving as a key technical authority, collaborating closely with cross-functional software, hardware, and algorithms teams to translate operational intelligence needs into flight-ready architectures.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience in Systems Engineering specifically tailored for spaceborne or airborne platforms – Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on experience leading system verification and validation (V&V) frameworks, from test planning through to execution – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record of providing technical leadership and successfully managing complex technical project lifecycles – Mandatory
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including contribution to project schedules, budgeting, and capacity planning – Mandatory
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and align cross-functional engineering teams – Mandatory
