Fast Corporation is a fast-growing global B2B2C technology company specializing in software distribution, desktop monetization, and strategic partnerships. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development & Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a junior position. We are seeking a professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and Account Management within the AdTech, Software Distribution, Gaming, Gambling, or Fintech industries.
The ideal candidate is both a hunter and a farmer - capable of generating new partnerships while nurturing and growing existing accounts into long-term strategic relationships.
Role Overview
As a Business Development & Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle from identifying and acquiring new partners to onboarding, account management, optimization, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our global partner network and maximizing the value of existing collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Research and identify new software publishers, advertisers, and strategic partners worldwide.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify opportunities and lead commercial discussions through contract execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new partnerships.
Account Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with partners and act as their primary point of contact.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, Operations, and Monetization teams to optimize partner performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop growth strategies for each account.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.
- Contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management.
- Experience in AdTech, Software Distribution, Gaming, Gambling, Fintech, or related digital industries.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, software distribution, and monetization models.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Hunter mentality combined with strong relationship management abilities.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Native or fluent English is required. Additional languages are a significant advantage.
