AI Transformation Lead

Scopely is looking for an AI Transformation Lead to join our Live Games Portfolio team in our Barcelona or Israel hubs on a hybrid basis!

This role will help us accelerate AI adoption across the organization as it sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, focusing on identifying high-impact opportunities, translating them into practical solutions, and driving real adoption across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI
• Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions
• Build and implement AI agents, tools, and workflows
• Drive adoption by embedding solutions into day-to-day work
• Promote AI awareness through sharing use cases, successes, and learnings
• Focus on quick wins while building toward longer-term impact

• Experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments
• Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and building workflows/agents
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment
• Strong prioritization skills (impact vs effort mindset)
