Position Overview-

• Principal Engineer - AI-First Development Lead joining as a newly created, elite technical function, working in close and direct collaboration with one of the Company Founders.
• Holding absolute technical autonomy and serving as the primary visionary shaping the company’s AI-driven R&D strategy and long-term technological roadmap.
• Pioneering modern, "AI-First" software engineering methodologies across the department architecting autonomous multi-agent networks, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and advanced developer workflows.
• Operating as a premier individual contributor, designing resilient, low-latency distributed systems that handle real-time data ingestion streams and integrate cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities into the core production environment.

Requirements-

• 10 years of proven professional software engineering experience with a deep focus on complex backend server-side architectures - Strictly Mandatory
• Master-level programming proficiency in Python, with a solid track record of building production-grade services (background in Go, Node.js, or Java is a plus) - Strictly Mandatory
• Direct, hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI-driven applications, LLM integrations, or custom data pipelines - Strictly Mandatory
• Practical, fluent mastery of cutting-edge agentic development tools, workflows, and ecosystems (such as Claude Code, Cursor, autonomous AI agents, or MCP servers) - Strictly Mandatory
• Broad architectural experience designing high-scale, distributed microservices over public Cloud infrastructure (specifically AWS) - Strictly Mandatory
• Technical familiarity with real-time data streaming layers, modern NoSQL databases, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, EventBridge, SQS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3) - Significant Advantage
