• Jira is our central hub for specs, bugs, and pull requests.
• Agile ceremonies are adapted to team needs, with demos and retrospectives as core practices.
• Developers are responsible for both code and quality, including automation and risk-based testing.

• Design, implement and test robust backend system flows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with system and HW teams to deliver integrated SW solutions.
• Take full ownership of features from design through deployment, including quality and automation aspects.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, demos, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proactively communicate status, raise flags early, and engage directly with team members across disciplines.
• Operate, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and production reliability.
  
  

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• A proven leadership experience.
• Experience in C# or Java.
• Strong proficiency with Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of modern development methodologies, including code reviews, automation, and risk-oriented testing.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Mandatory: Strong DevOps capabilities, including experience with:
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Helm, Kustomize, Terraform)
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
• Containerization (Docker) and secure software supply chain principles
• A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and building impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Self-learning and ability to understand complex systems.
• Fluent in English.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Cluster provisioning, upgrades, scaling, resource management
• Troubleshooting cluster and workload issues
• Experience with Kubernetes operators, network policies, storage, and observability stacks
• Working in an Agile environment.
• Experience as a SW developer in multi-disciplinary products.
• Working in a global company or large-scale High-Tech company.
