Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will take ownership of defining core product capabilities, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive the product lifecycle from initial discovery to global deployment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Formulate and maintain a high-impact product roadmap, prioritizing features based on strategic business value and customer ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with elite engineering and design teams to refine scope, define specs, and execute smoothly.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and engagement data to make informed, objective product decisions.
• Market Insights: Conduct continuous market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging industry trends and user pain points.
• User Experience: Ensure the platform consistently delivers a seamless, intuitive, and world-class enterprise user experience

• Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Product Management (or an equivalent strategic technical role).
• Engineering Alignment: Proven track record of partnering successfully with highly technical, core engineering teams.
• Global Exposure: Practical experience engaging with and managing feedback from global enterprise customers.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—fluent in English with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
