Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a dynamic team working at the intersection of technology, data, and advanced marketing solutions at scale.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of customer journeys and audience strategies, with responsibility for designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business impact.

Responsibilities

• :Define, design, and lead end-to-end customer journeys and audience segmentation strategie
• sBuild and implement automation workflows, journeys, and content within Salesforce Marketing Clou
• dDevelop audiences, data models, and integrate multiple data sources using Salesforce Data Clou
• dManage multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, and additional digital channel
• sCollaborate closely with CRM, ERP, data, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution and integratio
• nPerform testing, QA, and quality control prior to campaign deploymen

Requirement

• s:At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions - Mu
• stExperience in system analysis and business requirements gathering - Mu
• stProven experience building complex, multi-channel customer journeys - Mu
• stStrong knowledge of email and SMS marketing execution - Mu
• stExperience working with SQL, HTML, and SSJS - Mu
• stFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM and system integrations - Mu
• stBackground in marketing, sales, or customer service environments - Mu
