Who we are looking for? We are looking for a  highly motivated Junior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Department. In this role, you wil be the operational backbone of our sales team.You will manage the crucial day-to-day operations required to keep the sales running smoothly—including conducting client follow-ups, coordinating sales meetings, and maintaining precise opportunity tracking within our CRM.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and maintaining CRM data (Monday) — ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Being part of the sales cycle— quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and contract documentation
• Building and improving sales processes and workflows
• Working closely with existing & potential customers, business partners, and Fiance.
• Doing renewals and subscription management processes
• Assisting with pricing structures, approvals, and internal documentation
• Tracking pipeline, forecasts, and key sales metrics

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar operational role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM systems (Monday
• Customer-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and reports
• BA in Business Administration or a related field

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sales processes and subscription-based business models
• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
• Experience in SaaS / tech / data companies
