Head of Presales

Netline, a leading defense technology company based in Tel Aviv, is looking for an experienced Head of Presales to lead our Presales Engineering team and support complex international sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Presales team.
• Provide technical and engineering support throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and tailor technical solutions.
• Lead preparation of technical proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
• Deliver customer presentations, technical briefings, and system demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D and Marketing team on technical writing and customer-facing materials.
• Support international business development activities and customer engagements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Presales, System Engineering, or Technical Sales.
• Strong RF background and experience with communication and defense systems.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and tender responses.
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Eligibility to obtain security clearance.
