Field Support & Integration Engineer

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Field Support & Integration Engineer to join our growing team. If you love digging into networks, validating systems end-to-end, and being the person who actually gets things working — this one's for you.

What you'll do:

• Deploy and support Paytag systems at customer sites

• Plan and execute integration & regression testing cycles

• Troubleshoot network issues across complex environments

• Maintain and monitor Linux-based infrastructure

• Be the face of Paytag for our enterprise customers — own the relationship from go-live to day-to-day support

What we're looking for:

• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, firewalls)

• Hands-on experience with regression & integration testing

• Comfort working in Linux environments (CLI, logs, services)

• Field / customer-facing experience — you know how to communicate technical issues in plain language

• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, real-world environments

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with scripting (Bash / Python)

• Own a vehicle and ability to travel independently to customer sites
