We’re looking for a Account Manager - Defense Sector for a super-challenging job at one of Israel's leading security companies.

This is a Full-Time position at Netanya.

Description

As a Account Manager – Defense Sector, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and the execution of our projects in the defense sector. Your primary responsibilities will be outstanding Delivery of our sector projects and leading the Business Development activities to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and effective solutions that align with their needs and objectives. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, ability to manage a variety of projects, business development mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of projects within the defense sector.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery quality, timelines, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Drive business development activities, including identifying growth opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Align solutions with client objectives, operational requirements, and long-term strategy.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination across delivery units.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery or significant equivalent military leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations, including oversight of 100+ employees and managers.
• Technical / IT Orientation and an understanding of IT world and terminology.
• Military background - advantage.
