We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager who can transform ideas into measurable growth, build strong market presence, and help position NewTech as a leading force in technology education and career development.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We're looking for someone who can connect strategy, brand, community, partnerships, and performance into one growth engine that drives real impact.

🔹 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute NewTech's marketing strategy

• Drive student acquisition and enrollment growth across our programs

• Build and strengthen the NewTech brand across digital and offline channels

• Lead content, campaigns, partnerships, community, and alumni engagement initiatives

• Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing efforts based on data

• Collaborate closely with leadership, program teams, and external stakeholders

• Build scalable marketing processes and growth initiatives

🔹 What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing management, growth marketing, or demand generation

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

• Experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results

• Passion for education, technology, innovation, and social impact
