Financial Controller

We're looking for a Controller to join our growing Finance team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Controller who's ready to step into their first Controller role, or for a Controller looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and professional environment.

About the Role

The role includes preparing and reviewing periodic financial reports to the parent company, preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and implementing new accounting standards across the organization.

You will be responsible for tax reporting and reconciliations, monthly management reports including trend and variance analysis, financial forecasting, and monitoring key financial KPIs. The role also includes close collaboration with external auditors, leading process improvements, and strengthening internal controls.

Requirements

• CPA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting are required.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller in a commercial company.
• Experience from a Big 4 accounting firm is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience in the Finance or Insurance industries is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
